Description
K Custom cymbals are based on the darker, drier sounds of the legendary K line, but have been customized with unique finishes, tonal modifications and manufacturing techniques. The combination of K hammering and a variety of modern hammering techniques has made K Custom one of Zildjian's most popular lines and the choice of artists from a wide range of genres.
The dark, full-bodied K Custom Dark Crash uses a special over-hammering technique that enables a fast, brilliant attack with very rapid decay. This allows a heavier Crash to have a similar response to a thinner, lighter cymbal, but with much greater volume potential.
