The Sentient humbucker pickup was originally designed to accompany the Nazgûl and Pegasus 7- and 8-string passive pickups. It offers a balanced, versatile sound that falls somewhere between the 59 and the Jazz neck pickup. You’ll get clear sounds for complex chords and single notes, as well as smooth leads with high gain. The Sentient is a highly articulate vintage pickup with great dynamic response and a wide range of harmonics. It is ideal for low tunings of all humbucker-equipped guitars.

Handcrafted in the Santa Barbara, California factory, the Sentient uses an alnico 5 magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options, and is vacuum wax coated for squeak-free performance.
