The SE Silver Sky with a maple top is a familiar iteration of the original Silver Sky model that was first introduced with John Mayer in 2018. This instrument offers extended tone and playability as well as three distinct finishes for exceptional style, feel, and sound.
The SE Silver Sky features a poplar body, maple neck, and maple fingerboard with PRS's signature bird inlays. The 22-fret neck with a 25.5-inch scale features the original 635JM contour and an 8.5-inch neck radius. Plug it in, and the three 635JM “S” single-coil pickups will bark and sing. This guitar features a two-point steel vibrato system, a synthetic bone nut, and retro-style tuning machines. Other features include the inverted PRS Silver Sky headstock and the PRS dual-action truss rod (accessible from the front of the headstock for easy adjustment). Comes with PRS Classic 10-46 strings and a soft case.
