The 000-28 Modern Deluxe is a new version of Martin Vintage. This guitar is packed with custom features and modern technology that you need to see, feel and hear for yourself. Vintage appointments include a Sitka Spruce Vintage Tone System (VTS) top, dovetail neck joint and natural protein glue construction that give it the rich, aged Martin tone that has inspired generations. The look is unlike anything in our production line to date with European flame maple binding, elegant gold frets, gold open gear tuners and a unique 1930's style script logo inlaid with pearls on the headstock. Some ultra-modern features include a titanium boot shaft, Liquidmetal red dot bridge pins and a carbon fiber composite bridge plate that increases volume without adding weight. And we've included a new, slightly asymmetrical neck shape for maximum hand comfort from top to bottom of the neck. This guitar is anything but standard.
