The F-2512E Maple combines two of Guild's most iconic specialties: the twelve-string guitar and the jumbo guitar. With their wide, rounded bodies, jumbo acoustic guitars have been a Guild hallmark since 1954. Combining this shape with the ever-popular 12-string construction creates an acoustic instrument with a full, impressive sound. Constructed with a solid spruce top, maple back and sides and a curved maple back, the F-2512E Maple has the bright, throaty sound that is characteristic of Guild's 12-string guitars. Guild's signature arched back allows for great volume and projection, long sustain and a rich, full sound. The F-2512E Maple features Guild's Fishman-designed AP-1 electronics, Pau ferro fingerboard and bridge, bone saddle and nut, pearl rosette, vintage tortoiseshell pickguard and satin polyurethane finish.
