Based on the design of our renowned 5th Avenue, this guitar features a deeper body, which naturally enhances the richness and depth of its tone. Whether you play jazz, country, blues, rock, or any other musical style, the Godin 5th Avenue Jumbo HB Memphis Sun is a true delight to play and admire, thanks in particular to its entirely Canadian construction. The Jumbo offers excellent sound projection; this is largely due to the Canadian cherry wood used for the top, sides, and back, finished with a rustic satin finish. This guitar also features a rosewood fingerboard, a silver maple neck, a trapezoid tailpiece, an adjustable Tusq bridge, and an engraved headstock. Finally, the 24.84” scale length enhances playability and makes the instrument comfortable to hold. Designed for live performers, the Godin 5th Avenue Jumbo HB Memphis Sun is capable of producing a wide variety of tones thanks to the two double-coil pickups installed at the heart of the guitar: a Godin Custom Humbucker at the neck and a Seymour Duncan ’59 at the bridge. The pickups are controlled by a volume knob, a tone knob, and a three-way selector switch.
