The Gibraltar SC-1655-1 Hi Hat Stand Metal Washer fits under the felt on the hi hat cup seat.
This helps to balance the lower hi hat cymbal and allows the hi hat tilt screw to maneuver the lower hi hat cymbal when turned. The inner hole measures 12mm or .47 inches and the diameter of the washer measures 50.8mm or 2 inches.
